PLEASE ORDER BY 12/4 FOR XMAS DELIVERY. We cannont guarantee delivery by Christmas if items are ordered after 12/4.   Exceptions:  Cake Airbrush and Tart Tamper ...order by 12/14

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

We strive to get your items to you promptly.

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will receive notification of both processing and shipment.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address (be aware of auto-correct when ordering).  Artisan Ways can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE? 

Most items should be received within 10-14 business days. For efficiency and logistical reasons we ship from our various warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. For specialty and promotional items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Artisan Ways will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

  

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 

Depending upon the supplies at our warehouses, we may choose to ship from multiple warehouse so items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

CAN I CANCEL A PURCHASE?

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

 

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

We are not able to gift wrap at this time.  Usually your item will not ship with an invoice or receipt so you could choose to send it directly without your recipient seeing the cost.

  

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

When we have an active ad on Facebook, you will see the same prices. If you are seeing a different price, it is most probably because we changed the ad to reflect a price change that we needed to make for some reason, such as out of original quantities stock.  After we stop an ad, it may still be shared and liked by our fans.  We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.

 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES? 

We obtain these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
